Returns and refunds
Please contact LPN Creations promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was approved.
Ready-made items
Return eligibility and deadlines will be reviewed based on the item condition and order details. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition.
Custom and personalized items
Because custom products are created specifically for the customer, they are generally final sale unless damaged or different from the approved order.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable unless the return is caused by an error from LPN Creations.
